Indocement has launched the Management Trainee (MT) 2023 program as a platform to develop and educate young talents into future leaders at Indocement. Participants of the Indocement MT will learn directly from experienced employees to develop technical skills, as well as learning about leadership abilities to face global challenges.

- Chemical Engineering
- Instrumentation Engineering
- Industrial Engineering
- Environmental Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Chemistry
- Civil Engineering
- Mining Engineering
Some requirements:
- Single with a maximum age of 25 years (S1 graduates)
- Single with a maximum age of 28 years (S2 graduates)
- Minimum GPA of 3.00
- Minimum TOEFL score of 500 or minimum TOEIC score of 600 (test validation period is between 2022–2023)
- Accountable, Strive for Excellence, Integrity, Process Driven – Performance Oriented, and Team Player
- Willing to be placed at all operation unit and subsidiaries business unit of Indocement
